A Happy New Year to all on Trucknet.Ref.the ERF B Series, GHX 545 W,I don’t know who it belongs to now but when it was new,I believe it was a Shell unit.
I worked at Shell Wandsworth and I drove GHX 555W.Only a guess though.Regards to all,stay safe,900x20. :slight_smile:

Hi Dean…Nice to see the article about RJ Wood (Coolchain). That photo was taken outside Scantrucks in Sittingbourne, and guess who’s got the original hanging on their garage wall?

By the way, it was K341 PKK driven by the late Dave Kemp.

I can make out Quantock Preserving and I guess the “C” stand for company

BCL are from the Brimsdown area of Enfield.

Les Knight himself passed away many years ago, but the buisness continued being run by his brother Peter.
They were originally from Canterbury but ended up in a yard in Faversham Kent. Must have been finished about 10 years now though.

Newton Transport are from Snodland near Maidstone Kent…Been going years and used to run Atkinson Borderers and 400 Series. Always smartly turned out too.

The maroon &a white scania with the hay turner on the back is probably from Crowle near Worcester pity I can’t remember the company
