Couple from a recent trip to Venice, big iveco refueller at the airport, then a boat with a couple of scanias on snapped between Lido and Murano islands.

As usual CF your talking out of your â â â â â â because before all the H & S bollox where VOSA seem to be able to decide on load safety and what was an unsafe load it was only a Police officer who would âbookâ a driver for an insecure load and as long as none of the load fell off the motor onto the road 
no offence was committed ! Obviously that situation was before your time and I wouldnât worry as with your minimal capabilities as regards sheeting and roping you probably wouldnât have made it out of the yard unless someone else had sheeted and roped the load !

So just say that your boss had been really desperate to pick a full load of palletised goods up that were fairly fragile.He sent you out to collect them with a flat trailer ropes and sheets.With them being fragile but quite heavy and you couldnât rope over the pallets because you would damage the boxes that were the said load how would you secure it. Donât forget, your words not mine the sheet wasnât there to secure the load .This would be pre curtainsiders.
