I used to drive this old girl in the late 80’s, nicknamed the ‘Silver Slug’ as she used to crawl up Windy Hill!
BMC in Turkey, info from Wikipedia states it as being originally the British Motor Corporation(Turkey), later ties with Leyland then Volvo and now ■■■■■■■■ this unit most likely has a ■■■■■■■ engine, someone may know more and better.

HI Folks , Sid Harrison a man far ahead of time 3 by 3 , 32 tons pay load 21 tons and only abount £400 POUND OR MAY BE LESS TAX ,when uther s running at 38 tons 24 /25 tons pay load £3000, may be abit more for tax ,there out lay £35 TO 40 THOUSAND, his abount £1500 ,theres thinking money for you ,yours Barry
