While looking at the Cape Town district on Google Streetview recently I found this very British looking ERF 8 wheeler which could be a bulk blower for animal feeds.

That’s a brill wee car Gordon, a real gem , 1936 Austin 7 Ruby, looks like a vacuum operated wiper, tube to the manifold if I remember correctly and only worked when you lifted your foot of the accelerator, tho’ there was a manual hook handle on the motor for a quck wipe when putting the foot down in nasty weather

I fetched a few Foden’s from there (Middleton) back to our quarry in Tilcon’s days, usually those that had been displayed at Tipcon.
