Excellent military restorations Tyneside, I would have visited this event as its very near to me but it coincided with our Van Hee drivers reunion, I got a quick glimpse as I passed on the bus going to Newcastle. My Fathers old post war Austin Champ that he drove is still around in the show circuit I’d love to see how it is now as the owner told me a few years back he was returning it to its original colours when Dad drove it for a local TA Artillery unit. I’ve always wanted to own and restore a Jeep too but never got the chance, great to see these old vehicles looking so good. Franky.

Not a Merlin a Meteor but still the same 27 litre V12 not 6.7.
