Hi all, Ktwo are manufacturers of modern massive muck spreaders and trailers the latest being a compaction trailer, they have an off shoot transport division which specialises in delivering agricultural machinery, they took over Warwick trailers near Arlesford, Hampshire in 2019 which was the family company of Derick Warwick the racing driver

This is a picture of the aforementioned ejector trailer, this one is a 20 tonner demo collected at Haddington for delivery down southâŚ

Itâs an old Bellier Docker, 408cc Lombardini diesel engine, auto gearbox with reverse, all mounted on the back axle.
Just about my big enough, I reckon!
Steve
No no Steve, thereâs too much power there for a man of your age to handle.

0123A job in London this morning and then loaded a Roro and off up north .
Very confusing these shots Danâl for a Coffin Dodger/Oxygen thief like me but correct me if Iâm wrong but is the Foden at âthe wrong endâ to pick that Big hook flat up or whatever itâs called ? and was it indeed the âSkateboardâ Merc that did indeed picked it up and delivered it to the site in London ?
If I have misunderstood the sequence of the shots you posted Iâm sorry ! but the editing would seem to require a little more thought donât you think ! That would have been some sight of the Skateboard running down the M1 with that overloaded skid on itâs back !
You must be well in with VOSA to be able to get away with that stroke eh!
Ah! but did you fly down through the night with it ? ( which is what I would have done !) when all the VOSA blokes were in kip ? We may never know the whole truth
Cheers Denzil.

Blimey, those brakes are exactly the same as the ones I was changing back in the 80âs Dan! I thought it was all discs these days?
I notice that Denzil is picking your brains about correct loading etc, I reckon that the threatened new transport combination of Carryfast and himself (Bewickfast, Carrywick? ) will be undercutting you on jobs once Carryfast has finished developing his new engine on tâother thread. Mind you, that will run to 100+ pages so you have plenty of time yet lad.
Pete.
Thanks to robthedog, wrighty and Punchy Dan for the pics
and all the other craic and info

0Denzil you need spec savers as they say m8itâs a roro machine on my roro flat ,Iâve just put it on and will turn around to pick the other end up as when i unload at Barrhead tomorrowâs thereâs a machine to crane on to the flat to come back with .the days of sheeting stone up on the skate board going to London are long gone all legal now .
Well all I can say Danâl is that if Nicola declares Independence that will be your Scotch traffic down the pan ! Youâll have to tranship at Gretna or Berwick on Tweed ! Cheers Denzil.

Was that meant to be Bewick on Tweed
Dennis is keeping rather quiet about this new transport company that CF and himself are starting up Buzzer? Iâm guessing that there is âtrouble at millâ already, the development of this new engine that CF is designing to power this machine that will pass even a âFlying Fodenâ on the M6 doesnât appear to be progressing well as at page seven things are no clearer (to me at least!) than at page one!
If they donât get the thing launched soon they will be forced by legislation to resort to electric power and then CF will have to turn his talents to induction motors etc. Oh and donât mention Bewick and Berwick in the same sentence, I got âmy collar feltâ on here a few years ago when I got them mixed up!

I believe Pete, in a nutshell, Carryfast is having trouble with the length of his stroke.

Pete reckon old Bewick will come to the rescue with an engine option as rumour has it he has an straight eight Gardener tucked away in the corner of one of his sheds, he rescued it out of an old GUY Big J unit he cut up in the 80âs, we will wait with baited breath and see if he disputes this fact or not Buzzer.

A proper machine there then Dan, and made to last! I could never fault Foden brakes, even the old seven inch ones that Foden made at Elworth. Dennisâs new âflyerâ may well beat you up hills but it wonât stop as well going down them. Also, if it has anything remotely Swedish in it you and that Foden will still be tramping along while Dennis has recycled his into a fridge/freezer or a washing machine.

Well itâs OK for Pete and Buzzer to have a larf at my expense but I have got two Glider chassis in the Shop awaiting engines but our Leatherhead R & D Dept has gone right off the â â â â â â â rails and out of control. The Chief Engineer has become similar to that mad Scientist out of Back to the Future ( and he does have a resemblance of him a bit !) So as I canât get him to concentrate on the job in hand and drag him away from his keyboard arguing with âramoneâ Iâm having to pay a visit to Rush Green tomorrow to see if I can locate a couple of 8VDDâs or I may have to settle for a couple of Perkins 6:354âs
DENNIS,
Nice to see you here, havenât seen you here recently or since our last catch up at start of lockdown!
Hope you and Mrs Smith are both keeping ok in these ever continuing strange times! Been back in work since late May following 7 weeks of furlough and arriving at my 60th during the period, far to old to be dealing with the changing market place and we still have some 40% of staff still away
so very difficult for those of us at work and surprisingly doing all but what we used to previously and producing very palatable p&L results, however the toll on the body is not sustainable!
Unfortunately with the uncertainty continuing and spiralling downwards even more difficult waters are up ahead , i see that our Leatherhead compatriot is still at large and causing mayhem here and there
some things never change.
Anyway good to catch up and hope all is well.
Regards,
E.W.

He is getting us all confused Dennis and thatâs a fact ! Possibly the only true one? As I said it has the making of a âhundred pagerâ so another 90+ to go yet!
Just ignore him Dennis and do what Buzzer suggested and shove one of the 8LXBâs in it. You will have a double bonus then, excellent mpg + all the oil it chucks out will ensure the metalwork never corrodes away. Or, why not make it a twin if you have two spare, a 16 potter will shurley send him into orgasmic shock! Oh and did you notice Dan sneaking back home with that ancient JCB on the back, a site somewhere will be looking for theirs in the morning!
Pete.
