Hey all, not posted on here for quite a while. Anyway, had my test today at 10.30am and passed, i got 8 minors.
Was very nervous in the morning lesson before the test, i seriously thought i didnt stand a chance. My nerves just took over, after about 5 ■■■■ and a walk around i settled down and started my test. Nerves where gone and i think it went pretty well.
Just wondering, how many minors can you get. Would like to know how close i was to failing.

First things first!
WELL DONE!!!
You are allowed up to 15 minors - so you finished well inside the required standard!

Re the minors: there is also a maximum allowed per section, IIRC it’s 5 (?)
Most examiners that I know do 3 ticks in the minors box and then put the 4th in the serious box - there have been odd occasions where I’ve seen 4 ticks in a minors box.
For those that wonder why the 4th went into the serious box when it was a minor - it is that the driver has been considered to have an ongoing fault.

Goin to try and look for some work now, i have a full time job but i would like to get some driving done
Remember to follow the EU tacho regs - you will only be able to drive for one day every other weekend if you have a mon to fri job and for each day you worked in the week that you drove, a seperate tacho must be made for each day showing your name, date, start & finish time.
