Must admit when I do pull into knutsford south on the way home will park in the cut out as you drive in and on occasions pull round and park in the hatch area by the coach bay but only for 5 mins while I get a drink, reason being I’m only there 5 mins and leave bays open for lads and lasses wanting a proper break don’t want to block a bay for 5 mins when someone needs a proper break and hasn’t got time to get further on.
As for pulling the pin for a giggle or thro spite ain’t funny and deserves a punch on the nose not funny not big and downright dangerous, how do you know what’s in the back? You don’t could be anything smartarse.
Jack-knife:
Our those who park on pumps
Just politely pull the pin
Makes them think twice next time
Great idea.
You pull the pin because hes held you up for 10 minutes. He drives away, trailer falls on its nose and then the pump is blocked for everyone else for two hours while the driver winds the trailer up again.
Thats great logic.

Yes there’s some inconsiderate people, but there are also reasons park where they’d rather not - or where somebody else would rather they didn’t. Sometimes it’s because some dkhead has decided the truck park is a quiet place to rest in his/her van or car…regardless… some services are just not big enough to cope with the amount of trucks on the road now, and if someone has to park they have to, end of… tough if it puts you out, it’s pssed me off many times if I can’t get in somewhere, but jesus christ I wouldn’t even consider vengeance, let alone pulling a pin… that’s verging on psychotic. I hope my life’s never so sad & dismal that I’d get some twisted kick from being a self-proclaimed services sheriff. I hope you do it to somebody cos it’ll be on cctv.
Pulling another drivers pin ■■
It all goes down to the same thing,… since they started dishing out Class1s willy nilly to absolute cockends.
I’m amazed somebody has actually admitted to, if not doing it, condoning it.
You are a ■■■■ disgrace to the job mate, it’s ■■■■ s like you who the rest of us have the misfortune to endure on a daily basis, that have made the job a ballache and gave us the bad name that we have today.
May the flies of a thousand camels infest your arse hole.

I don’t reckon he would Rob. Just another idiot who gives it large on a forum.
Same thought here too Mr Beaver, give it all on here sit at the services doors locked head behind a book, gets back to work I told em I did and I pulled the pin, yeah right
If you did think of it just hope you get caught before someone gets hurt…■■■■

As a newbie, (first night job) I’d pulled into services (early hours) for some fuel. After filling I paid, went to toilet and bought some snacks, leaving the lorry where it was because there was nowhere else to put it. When I returned to my lorry, being a newbie and having everything still whirring about in my head, I did I quick check. Lucky I did, because some [zb] had pulled my pin.
Because of this, I consider pin pullers [zb] of the highest order and anyone I catch interfering with my lorry WILL have an accident.
pulling the pin on some others is something id love to do…its something Ive always wanted to do,and its something ive wished on others frequelntly…ive never ever done it,as karma definitely has a way of creeping up and biting your ■■■ off.
on the other hand,if you don’t want to be on the receiving end of it…then fill up and fekoff the pumps…its not the guy behind yous problem that theres nowhere for you to park and you never know what kind of time he may be chasing watching you do your shopping whilst blocking the pumps…fill up,and bugger off showing some courtesy for your fellow man.
its bad enough in your car waiting on some stupid ■■■■■ doing her shopping on the pumps without waiting on someone who really should know better…flipflops obviously excluded from that part…

I don’t do nights out in a tin can and pull a freezer, I try not to take up a bay a tramper might need and try not to park for a break next to wagons with the curtains shut when the freezer is running at full pelt. Give us the reg of your truck and if I see you I will do my best to keep you awake.

Agree with all you say HS, and like you I reckon pulling a driver’s pin (no matter how much he ■■■■■■ you off) is just a step too far.
I’m sat at Stafford services north bound now. Spaces available yet 2 drivers have parked opposite them meaning one driver just had to screw it round and go out the “wrong” way, and it would be tight as to reverse into the available spaces now that they’ve parked where they are. Doable, but just bloody tight. Not what you want to be messing round with on your break. Really don’t get it!
■■■■■■ last week at Lymm decided to complete his 30 break at the pump while there was a queue building up behind.
Inconsiderate prick and was told so, asked him why he was waiting so long and was told he was finishing his 30

I try to park at the sides out of the way, because any time I`m at the services I literally want to nip in to the loo, grab a coffee, get my 15 mins in and go. I try to keep out of the way for drivers who need to stop for their 45 mins or longer.
Also, there seems to be a weird set up in some services where you have to park 2 deep? I dont want to pull in behind someone who is having a 45 when I only want a 15, and Im not yet confident with reversing (at all) so I try to stay out of the way sos not to annoy anyone  ... Im not confident, I dont know the etiquette and after reading this thread Im now a little bit scared tbh
