i’m not perfect, far from it.
i just don’t hit bridges, and i don’t roll trucks.
i learn from others, and admit when i’m wrong. i’m sure you have a vast amount of experience, which will put me and others to shame.
■■■■, did I say I have a vast amount of experience? No I didn’t, because I haven’t, but then I don’t go ‘pointing the finger’.
You don’t know why the truck went over, but there you are, slagging the Driver off, it’s easy to do on a keyboard without all the facts., isn’t it.
if you had any experience, then you’d have agreed with me without a doubt.

Hahaha, yea right, so you’re now saying everyone with ‘experience’ should agree with you? Get a life slimey.
Do you think that it’s impossible for you to throw one over?
well i’ve carried most things, including hanging. they don’t throw themselves over.
it’s not impossible. if i drove like a complete ■■■, then i reckon i could get one to go over.
Ok, have you ever been caught out on an unfamiliar road by corner that tightens up or one just over a crest? You know the type when you say that was a bit fast or that was lucky, I doubt every driver hasn’t had one of those moments.
The missing a junction comment was meant to be about the bridge strike being incompetent comment
i knew what you meant.
i have had a few close calls, usually down to wrong addresses. but sometimes the transport is arranged by pillocks that have no common sense.
like being told which way to get to a site by the customer, only for me to tell him i can’t, as there is a low bridge.
if i get an unfamiliar address, then i check a map. i don’t just go at it, and hope for the best.
Reading that article where it says ‘answered phone to his worried mother’ makes it sound like she knew he’d rolled over as soon as it happened! Unless he on hands free talking when he rolled.
if i`m pulling a decker and for some reason i have to divert from my set route,i have to stop in a safe place and contact the traffic office,so that one of the kids who are barely old enough to drive a car can advise me of an alternative route

I pull a bulker and it amazes me how anyone turns one over.Loads dont move like they do on a flat or fridge or curtainsider. You have to break really hard to get stuff to move.
My mate was tipping a container were this happened, police closed road so he couldn’t get out. He had a word with the police and they took 3 wagons in convoy the. Wrong way round the roundabout so they could get out.
Sent from my iPad but adjusted even more to ■■■■ winseer off.
Thanks for that… I’m amazed at how many witnesses there must have been, who are posting here and on the other forums. Either that or there’s a disproportionate amount of expert witnesses around.

I thought the same, how did he know he was answering the phone to his ‘worried mother’? Also it’s a good job his bedding fell into place for him to land on saving his life?! So sounds like he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt either then!
