to traffic on this road–oh no this is not correct as one lorry driver found out in court, you have to allow the traffic room to come on to the motorway or you are also charged under german traffic law as haveing
some of the blame for the accident, SO it looks like a catch22 situation

The German system is totally different to ours though. Traffic entering the Autobahn systrm is sharing the same piece of slip road as traffic leaving the main road.
OOooppsss, Must have done something really wrong, They have suspended my account on the Honest John site, they have not even got the guts to email me to tell me so either. There is something very wrong and very strange about a site that has Mod’s on it that that can not and will not communicate.
Funny that…it reminds me about another forum for drivers.

“Honest John” is a pretty good motoring jounalist. I delivered a car to him a year or so ago and he was a decent bloke. Looks like he needs to give a good kick up the aarse to the people running the website under his name.
Long overtakes - lorry v lorry, they do have a justified gripe.
What they need is a tv program showing all the meat and metal sandwiches involving HGV v Car. Surely, sometimes the HGV comes off worse from taking avoiding action!

Well, that attitude is not exclusive to car sites; there’s another truck site around that seems to be having a spate of that as well!!
