I think that was more of a defence against some of the posts on here tbh, the thread didn’t start quite as abrupt, or didn’t seem it to me.

They are 45ft trailers, but DM had them made with spread axles and a rear steer for better stability with hanging meat. And I think you can get a higher axle weight when they are spread.
10 tonne I believe.
Stinky show off haha more like likes a fleet of trucks with good clean drivers and repays them with a sensible wage and top kit

This is a trucking forum, we come here because we are interested in trucks & driving. This thread is an interesting and visually pleasing insight in to a prominent family haulage firm.
Yer man posts pictures and information about his Dad’s successful trucking business which he has helped build & run.
They have done well out of it through hard graft and sense. I’ve never met the bloke and don’t care if his firm continues to be an earner or goes under tomorrow but I don’t think anywhere in this thread he’s been rubbing it in people’s faces. Just posting accurate info & pics.
I think he’s learned enough on here not to bother being bated by the detractors.

I don’t take any notice. 40% of the members on here are interesting people with worth while opionions and criticisms. But the other 60% are people, that hate their truck, hate the job they are doing, hate the boss, hate the transport manager, hate the truck they drive, hate the places they go, not happy with the money they earn. That is why they feel the need to slate anything good that anyone else does.
For all the positive & constructive comments, Thank you. It is nice that other drivers appreciate the equipment that we run. (that is how this thread started)
