no BS, I do not drive scania, also it is a means of earning money, wouldnt wsste my time with all the extra’s would rather pump it in to my pension funds…
just a basic old truck will do me like i used to drive at TK MAXX Hatfield.

I’m not a Scania fan, bit that one is tastefully pimped up and looks really smart. He hasn’t gone OTT with the pimping IMO.
Very tidy & 4x2 left ■■■■■■ too. A proper motor. Shame about all the lights though,only needs the ones in the bumper & sun visor imho,otherwise a cracking bit of kit. Good luck with her.
Not disputing the fact the bloke has been working his [zb] off for 35 years and good luck to the owner.
end of the day it is a truck it is there to earn a crust simple, I would rather of spent that profit on making my business better.
As a owner if I could of paid my drivers say an extra 20p an hour or run that I would rather pay my drivers more to get a better staff less turn over etc.
I could do with one of those…

That is true. Sounds very different, I have 8 V8’s various sizes and this sounds different to all of them. Not so much of a grunt when you push the throttle… More of a Purr !!!

fair play to the boss, if you’ve been hard at it for a 30 odd years, you are entitled to treat yourself now and again. i’m guessing that if the firms been around this long, and its got a good few decent trucks, it won’t have a problem attracting the right kind of drivers.
