If you hit the limiter in a 40 maybe you should change up?

I did, well technically it was a national speed limit, single carriageway. It went off, nothing came through, that was 18 weeks ago (ish).
I was expecting a summons.
I think most of us have hit the limiter when we the law is 40. Sometimes itās safer than 40. Come on Albion, you know you want to react to thatā¦

Ah this old crap again.
If a Court has notified DVLA of an endorsement and the licence was not submitted DVLA will update the record and write to the driver asking for the licence (1st letter). The letter states that their licence will be revoked in 28 days if they do not contact the Agency. If, after 28 days, DVLA has not received the licence, DVLA will write to the driver revoking their entitlement to drive for non-compliance (2nd letter). The record will be updated to show that their licence to drive has expired.
So if you say youāve lost your license and donāt produce one within 28 days of DVLA sending a letter asking for it then youāll not be able to drive because your license will have been revoked and youāll be driving illegally without a license.
One of ours reckoned he got Flashed on the A15 a couple of weeks ago, doing 56 in a 40, weāre still waiting for the letter.
Iāll let you know if thereās Tears in his Eyes next week !

They definitely work, quite a few at our place have been done on that road.
