Ok lads n lassies, here’s what ya do.
You want open an account with any of the free photo sharing sites, like Flickr, or photobucket. There’s two for starters, they are all free to use until you get into the thousands of photos. There are plenty of them if you look around.
Once you have your account set up, its easy.
There will be a photo upload link on your accounts page.
On Photobucket its right at the top, a green button titled ‘upload’.
Clicking on that button brings up a page called ‘Upload to Photobucket’, which has (on my computer) three tabs for My Computer, Facebook and More.
Over the top of all that is a big green button titled ‘Select photos and videos’.
Clicking on that takes you straight into your own computers photo library.
Click around to the file of photos you want to upload, same as you would to look at your photos.
To upload 1 pic, just click on it, then the button to open it.
To upload several at the same time, hold down your Ctrl button, click on the pics and then click open.
Your pics will upload into your accounts album, it could take a few minutes.
Once thats done, go to your new album, click on a pic and a drop down menu will appear with several different styles of links for various services.
HTML for putting onto a website you are building. A direct link, one for putting into an e-mail and one with the tags for sites like this one. There may be more.
Highlight the link with the tags, copy it and paste it directly into your post.
It looks a bit long winded and complicated, but it’s really quite easy and you’ll have it done in less time than it’ll take you to read this.
I uploaded a whole album of photos while I wrote this out, to make sure I was giving you the right info.
Here’s one

It’s easier to put photos from an album to a site like this if you have both pages open on separate tabs. You can then just click from one tab to the other and back again.
Don’t forget to make a bookmark so you can find your account next time you want to.
You can use sites like this to store all your photos on, so if your hard drive should crash or anything happens to your computer, all your photos are safe.
