Yes Dave there is water at the bottom of my garden but it’s contained in a 45 gallon drum,
I use it to water the greenhouse, I too live up “a canny bank” a la Johnnie and if I should
get water near my garden Chester Le Street is in trouble well the church spires would be
out of sight, would love a decent ocean going boat and although now a bit shaky still got
my sea legs and would put to sea tomorrow, if I was young and wealthy enough I would pay
to help crew a tall ship, that’s always been my dream.

Norm don’t do painting just paid a canny few bob to get my drum decorated, come to think
of it I don’t do anything that I can find some other mug to do for me, it’s only money.

The garden I saw was by the river on google.Looked like a BRS driver stood watching the world go by in the garden.I was sure it was you Harry.My mistake will have a look for a big place up on the hill.Fair play you wealthy folk know where to site a house.
