hiya,
Never mind Larry at least you won’t have to scrutinise your “Good Ladies”
spending which I’m led to believe very wealthy men do, but never having
had money It’s a case of her having to watch what I spend.

hiya,
Hard times Dave, and here’s me thinking I’m the only bloke on here who’s skint,
regards the oncoming hard winter I think I’ll invest in firewood, that could be a
winner and replenish my funds a bit, you don’t want to sell Grandads barrow do
you, I might just get “big enough” to require “les modes transportes” pardon my
French, but you never know I might just go international.

His wheelbarrow is long gone Harry. I think his tools and such were snaffled up by my cousins which my old man wasn’t happy about at the time. They were no good to me, as it was after my accident. One of those old wooden wheelbarrows would make a nice feature in the garden these days.
Cheers Dave.

hiya,
Ah’ well Dave the barrow gone that’s the firewood business blown out but the timber
business could still be on if I turn the logs into clothes pegs the missus will only need
to use her shopping basket to sell them door to door. I’ll get her some big earrings.

hiya,
Have given up Dave my operative has returned down at heel and an empty
basket she was overheard telling a friend that she was going to tell me to
get stuffed on her return home, that was just before she dumped all the
merchandise in the nearest litter bin.

hiya,
I’m a bit far inland for the piers Dave and I doubt very much if my “operative”
will be willing to turn out with a crystal ball and sit in the caravan all day, but
I’ll never know she hasn’t spoken to me since my last business venture failed,
and there’s supposed to be a jobs shortage, I even offered her wages a shilling
in the pound commission and that couldn’t even swing it.

Harry ive just acquired a bottle of malt 46volt. Never had this one before, BRUICHLADDICH ROCKS, The RHINNS of ISLAY, None peated I will save some for the next tasting, Regards Larry.

hiya,
Looking forwards to the sampling Larry, I’ve often wondered how many
different makers of single malt there are and how many brands that are
produced, I do know that some distillers do one-offs occasionally and some
can cost hundreds of pounds a bottle, so I suppose I’ll never become legless
from sampling one of those batches.

Gazebo indeed, Dave I once tried to put the awning up when away with the caravan
but failed miserably dumped it back into the bag and there it’ll remain, bit sad for
an experienced rope and sheeter I know but at least she who must be obeyed never
mentions it anymore so that’s one job less.
