Theres still one of two wrights old ERF`s running about in Durham City colours, think its a bit of an expensive job swapping cranes about.
Somebody mentioned Mickey Finley whats he doing these days DODGY CHARACTER
I was speaking to Micky the start of this year, he is still doing a bit of coach driving now & then for Coopers at Anitsford, I seems he has quietened down a bit, but mind you it dosnt take much to set him off on one, Regards Larry.
Does Seahouses qualify as the north east ,? how about some information on Philips of Seahouses . I believe they were a very good company to work for , I knew some of their drivers , Allan Greggory , Tommy Paxton , Michael Walker I wonder where they all are now . The company moved to Belford ( the old Renner Haulage yard ) and shortly after that were taken over by a company called TAL , which ultimately failed and sadly taking Philips and other companies along with them . I believe ( young ) Jim Philips has returned to the haulage indusrtry , it would great to have the name back on the road .

Aye it was one of Sistersons, & as you say it was their last one, It ended its day at Craigwalls Grain Store, Regards Larry
hi lads,to the best of my knowledge, Phillips of seahouses only sold the general haulage side of the business to tal, they kept the tipper side, see them regular on the A1, seem to do a lot of grain into Simpson malt, have some photos some were will dig them out and post them on here, bumper
