You probably won’t know me, although you did ferry a few of us to a meeting one night in the landrover.

I was told by my Grandfather that these Rios were got for a job in 1936, T.V.T.E., Regards Larry.

Hi lads had many a night out with harry peverley and geordie short when they both worked for Hewitt’s of morpeth, they used stop in the same dig when staying in Edinburgh, Mrs Mcleod’s,22 broughton place off leith walk, had many a night in Farley’s bar and the black bull, to name a few, closing time was 9-30pm so you had to get out smartish if you want a good gar-gill, :laughing: :laughing: used to take them age’s to fill a pint of heavy :unamused: :unamused: happy day’s parked up,fed washed and out on the razzle by 6pm early start was 7am.ah memories, here is a few north east motors present time, bumper

As I’m no longer trading I think I can now be classed as an old N/E haulier.
