Drove past Wrights old garage at High Stoop crossroads at Tow Law yesterday and spied an old E.R.F. similar to the one below ( is it a KV model ?) anyway it was a 4 wheel flatbed with a cream coloured cab and a green roof and wings there was a name on the side but I could not make it out but it was a tidy looking motor.regards prattman.

this one I saw it and, just had to take a pic on Wednesday just like the first one I had

Here’s a one I took in the 80’s of one of Colways at their Durham depot and also taken the same day Wardies Scammell.
Thanks revman for posting the picture of the E.R.F. at Wrights as can be seen by the picture its a cream cab and green body not as I said with a green roof and wings. regards prattman.

ERF cannot be Ray Wrights he never bought anything that new, :exclamation:

Hi Gary, I haven’t seen Alan Parker for years, I do know that he moved up country somewhere & was still in the B&B trade of course he could be retired by now. Anyway how are you doing, OK By the sound of you, Perhaps one of these fine days you might be able to get to the Labour Club in the Toon for the drivers gathering Eh ?, Take care, Regards Larry.

Some of Allinsons lined up mid 90’s and one of Tennicks glowing in the dark. regards prattman.
