More like misinformed and misguided in that regard not hypocritical.IE I don’t think you’d find many on the anti EU side who wouldn’t also be happy with English independence.But yes that’s the contradiction in the Conservative/Unionist or even UKIP position at present.
While no surprise you’ve selectively over looked the real hypocrites in the so called Scottish and Irish Nationalists being for the EU.Or the inconvenient question of secessionist/nationalist Slovenia and Croatia and Poland etc also being happy to pool sovereignty in the case of the EU for some reason.
