I know we all get frustrated when we can’t get to our delivery point, but this takes the biscuit
Who hasn’t given serious consideration to just going over a car that has been parked in a position that obviously obstructs access to somewhere though? I thought it was funny that she felt the need to mention how the nasty Aldi people had also left her mirror turned in, the heartless gits!
Four grand for 54 fiesta in Chorley
Just off up the M6 to sell my car ££££ kerching
Sorry but i have no sympathy for her and I’m quite surprised by a lot of the comments on the Daily Wail. It seems their readers aren’t to sympathetic to her either.
She seems to think anything is ok if there isn’t a sign there telling you not to.
no sympathy for her but… also no sympathy for the moron that damaged her car when they get (quite rightly) arrested for criminal damage. the correct response would have been to have it towed away.

If it was on private land it couldn’t be towed away as the protection of freedoms act makes towing and clamping illegal on private land
police can do it though.

I had a double parked car blocking my exit on a normal Road, traffic warden and police did nothing.
When Doris and Boris returned a few hours later they said “lorries shouldn’t be down here anyway”.
I was collecting scrap in a container from a village scrap yard.
i reckon those red barrier are what she is on about where she normally parked, shes seen the little gap on the bend or the loading bay and thought ■■■■■■■ workys ill teach them to be so selfish and take my free spot away, thus stopping the wagon getting in and then the decision to smash the window, id have done the same but just left the car and admitted nothing, typical split arse oblivious to the world around her
What is the law though? How long is reasonable for the driver to wait? I’ve seen digger and forklift drivers on building sites lift or push vehicles out of the way.
I see nothing wrong with forcibly moving a vehicle, suppose you couldn’t leave someones’ premises? If I get blocked in somewhere, a constant blast of the horn works. Last time in Tottenham I did it, the owner didn’t respond to the horn. The traffic warden did, which in turn suddenly made the owner appear.
I also know a driver who when blocked in, will go and tell people “who owns the (whatever)? I’ve just run into it.” The owner can’t get there fast enough to find no damage but the driver then asks them as they’re there, can they move it please?

yup done that
Maybe shifting it with the aid of a trolley jack, followed by the application of a wheel clamp would have made a more appropriate statement to this self centred-bimbo?
Or perhaps if they`d had the savvy to put some yellow paint down in the first instance…
The lengths supermarkets will go to just to get their goods delivered, smh…
£4000 for a 54 reg Fiesta?? Try £1250.
If she only worked 100 yards from where she parked she must have known trucks go down there, typical I know better car driver
Can’t condone the actions of the Aldi staff ,but parking in front of an access point which is plainly obvious ,whether there’s yellow lines or not was a bit daft in my opinion she probably abandoned her car , what can you expect from a beautition ha ha , gone yersel the Aldi staff , probably done what a lot of people would have like to when someone blocks their driveway
But aren’t supermarket car parks a free for all unless there’s a sign (in Polish with a name like hers) saying that you can’t?
4000 zlotys maybe? Isn’t that about a gherkin a ■■■■?
I remember when I was a kid, the police doing this to several cars parked illegally near my local shops, there was a large lowloader being escorted through our estate, the police parked and watched for 20 minutes, anything that was still on double yellows after that, had its window put through and bumped onto the pavement, remember everyone (except the car owners) being on the side of the police
