not Been paid

Mine was sorted in a couple of hours rob ,
So kind of oversight by ezy payments apparently

By starting this juicy thread, dozy may have actually contributed to the downfall of stobarts

I think by refusing yet again to work
A extra shift was far more likely to
Contribute to there downfall , going
By the wailing , roaring from those asking

nightline:
Don’t suppose you got your steak last night then

He will have dipped into the Benidorm fund to pay for the steak

dozy:
So if not paid will the social assist with food , bills , roof over
Head until this is resolved
ta

No. You should be using the emergency fund of 3-6 months living expenses you’ve been saving up over the past decades for such an emergency.

conor old chap,
it might be 2 a.m and your just back home after a night on the lash, but your giving advice to someone who apparently nights out with a pot noodle and a packet of jaffa cakes…his emergency fund will be next weeks lottery ticket.

This is a problem that you will occasionally run in to with agencies. All you can do is keep ringing them and tell them that you will claim back any fees for missed direct debits as expenses.
No point in not turning up to work as you’re just cutting your nose off to spite your face as you won’t get paid for your time off so your next weeks pay will be short.

i recon there’s going to be more issue with his payroll due to them using a pseudo payroll company

toby1234abc:
Dozy, if you have savings of £6000 or more, the DWP will not help you, there is an application for what is called hardship , where they look at the information and decide on that outcome .
If you are thinking of Universal Credit , to apply for job seekers allowance, that is about £67 per week , for your housing paid , if you are renting
then expect a very long wait for the first payment of JSA and the rent paid , this could take a few weeks to a month or more .
If your partner has savings and is receiving any income , you have to inform the DWP .
Failure to give them all the correct information can lead to fraud charges with a fine, pay back what you owed, or possibly prison .

To start a claim, you ring a free phone number, for a 20 minute interview on the phone, then a date and time is arranged to attend the job centre , they set up an online account to start the claim process .This is done with a member of staff , sat by you on their computer .

You then have to carry out 35 hours of job searching per week , you enter the proof on an online journal , so online searches and maybe walking or driving to prospective employers in your area .

You then have to carry out 35 hours of job searching per week. Dose the 35 hours go towards your CPC

I find it ironic that he drives for Stobarts, is employed by Stobarts in house agency, and his payroll is done by another company, presumably another Stobart in house company.
Just how many Barge poles do Stobarts have to distance themselves from the drivers?

In reality it must be very embarrassing for him working directly before and now being a skivvy for some 2 bit nobody’s that are even lower than stobart if that’s possible
I mean asking a question like will i get welfare benefits how low can you go
He must be the longest ever troll on trucknet that puts the line out and most bite includes myself
I would say he gets a great laugh from it thinking let’s post something and reel the suckers in

The Stobart saga gets more and more complicated:

The company had net debts of about £155m at the half-year stage but has been unable to publish financial results for several weeks amid investigations into accounting issues.

Eddie Stobart’s London-listed shares have been suspended pending clarification about its earnings.

The details of negotiations about its borrowings are still to be finalised, but sources said lenders were likely to “play hardball” with the company.

The crisis at Eddie Stobart has delivered a further blow to the embattled fund manager Neil Woodford, who owns more than 20% of the company.

Neil Woodford was sacked from his flagship fund early on Tuesday, and has now announced he will close the last two funds.

He described it as a “highly painful decision”, adding that the funds would be wound down in “an orderly fashion”.

Mr Woodford earned a huge reputation over 30 years of successful investing.

The so-called “Oracle of Oxford” was dismissed from his troubled £3.1bn Equity Income fund by its administrators on Tuesday. The fund will be wound up and any cash returned to investors. It follows a series of disastrous investments.

Someone will buy it, but it looks more like a jumble sale than an orderly transfer of ownership.

You may laugh - but I’m sure a few years ago I read about a survey of people’s retirement plans which revealed that a significant minority were genuinely planning to fund their retirement that way.

If they have debts of £155 million, I doubt anyone would buy it. What’s the point? Let them go under then just step in with a different company and cherry pick the contracts. I doubt even Tesco would bother buying them and they will have the most to lose if they go under.

Canute got saved, they did massive cost cutting measures then went belly up about a year later. So it’s possible.

I can’t wait for tomorrow’s thrilling instalment of “Dozy didn’t get paid”

And some of them believe in a skyman who made everyone equally.
Frightening.

As for Dozy.
He gets everybody, everytime

Well played Sir, well played
