Just announced on Nolans Facebook page. My sincere condolences to all the JRT drivers and good luck.

They deliver rockwool insulation i think

Can’t imagine things getting any worse, John Raymond always had a reputation for being the absolute pits to work for in South Wales.

Nolan’s induction pack was just a plastic bag with a pair of spurs and a cowboy hat.

I worked for Nolans and I’d rather be unemployed than work for that shower again. A fair few ex Nolan drivers feel the same way, certainly the ones I still know

I don’t do Euro work, so I don’t keep up with the regs, but I do believe that when Belgium or whoever it was, made the rule about having a weekly rest away from the motor, Nolans just issued every driver with a 2 man tent and told them to put it up somewhere near the motor.

Just something I heard, and not in an RDC waiting room.

Bearing in mind you said Raymonds deliver Rockwool when they don’t, do you know Nolans?

That’s balls.

I only remember the guy telling me about it, due to the overall scabbiness of their fleet. But I now stand corrected.
