Radio 1 are continuing their steep descent into the mire. Dev is leaving the early morning breakfast show from the end of March, being replaced by the god awful Gemma Cairney. :unamused:

Pretty gutted. I don’t listen to Radio 1 generally these days but Dev was brilliant, always a good laugh and made the daft o’clock starts a bit more bearable.

Any other regular Dev listeners on here? :frowning:

It’s talk sport or radio 2 for me but not beetween 5 and 6.30am as I can’t stand that horrible hag…I used to love radio one but the presenters now seem to be for the younger group,I still occasionally listen to Scott mills but the rest are awful, never thought I’d say this but bring back Chris moyles.

Dev was toilet waste. Every time I stumbled across him it sounded like his first time on radio. He looks exactly like he sounds, rancid little gimp.
Classic fm for me.

Dev was the only reason a 4am start was worth getting up for. I didn’t find any of his features boring. He plays more music on his short show than some of the other longer daytime shows, and the music he played was decent. He is going on weekends now :frowning:

Gemma Cairney might make me go to local stations again, too much “lookatmeimcrazycauseimhappy” talk. she did my nut in over Christmas, and plays boring music and has boring features like that consumer help thing :confused:
