Usual question please folks , whats the good , bad and ugly ?

Anyone give me a heads up on the assesment also , I’m assuming the usual things but as I’m a fridge virgin , is there anything I need to watch out for . Thanks .

its been awhile since i was in but if iremember all the drivers were decent enough , think it was half decent coin as well though ye have to work wknds im sure.

I was on the agency at NFT Elstree and London Colney a few years back.

Good job,good money/kit and they just left you alone to get on with it.

Would probably still be there if they hadn’t moved the whole shebang to Waltham Point.

good point JD , I cleared that issue up in the interview .

NFT/ASDA(DAVENTRY).not bad job.some 70 percent delivery to Asda CDC.and some 30 percent to M@S.BASICLY ONE DELIVERY/ONE COLLECTION but some time more.good friendly transport office clerk .explain everythink.shift -about 10-12 hours.Yard at Depo not bad but not the best.normaly come to work and 1 hours time ready to go.some time load ready but must wait for truck.truck-to many Renault,new Scania.couple Volvo.main agency ADR network.

I suppose I good thing about being a fridge virgin is that if you get to be shown how to do it properly you may not mess things up !

if you agency drivers they normaly just give full induction ,show everythink.may be some time have driving assestment.if you start work be carefully in the yard.can get ban easy.reversing-depo have 27 bay.to bay 27 -15 easy to reversing but to bay 1 -14 not bad,but not easy

did a few shifts for em at Daventry/Dirft. One delivery, one collection and back and finished in 13 hours. Some drivers were on their full 15 though, and they’d started at 3am

went in alfreton depot quite regular,whilst on agy.
decent job if you like big hours.
