Dead right the Santa man Rules

Why have Stobarts stopping buying DAF’s now that they have a monopoly on new Scanias other hauliers seem to have stopped buying as many Scanias.

we park the motor’s in kingmoor park in carlisle and there is a sign company that is doing the motors there!

left sat morning and there was 10 man’s parked up ready to be done and 2 already done.

over the last few months there has been man’s, scania’s and few volvo’s.

also a merc bus with stobart air on it

also to replace Innovate Volvo’s

RoadTransport.com

saw a stobart travel coach last week!!

seen the Stobart coach this afternoon heading north along the M6 near Lymm. Looks very smart, a big three axle thing that must be nearly new. In fact it’s a bit like the kind of thing football teams travel on.

I think it could be used to ferry the Carlisle United team to away matches with Stobart being the team shirt sponser

I did hear that a lot of the 6x2 scanias at Goole where being replaced, and them going to Sherburn depot…but you hear a rumour daily at Stobarts. The low-loader in blue would have been WA Developments as you said.

I had the mis-fortune of driving an Innovate globetrotter today 57 plate…what a SHED!

had one today , innovate 57 volvo, when i realised thr reg number on my run sheet was for a volvo my eyes lighted up, i loved driving the 58,s we had .
but on opening the door of this one my heart sank, ive never seen such a filthy rat pit in all my days . i sat in it and my skin crawled , 200,000 k , 57 reg , how anyone could treat something like they had i dont know.
but once i got driving it, it was just as good as i remeber, just made the job so easy, 480 hp and i-shift takes some beating

just looking at it depresses me, never mine driving it :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
