A 470 rob?? turbo componding good when they are running good, heard so many bad reports regarding the 470 engine/ TURBO SET UP, hope its ok for you buddy
it reliable as long as the oil spinner is kept clean and serviced properly but chip it to get better mpg out of out

HOW MANY KMS and as it had the turbo compound done 3.5k. with the bargains about now treat yoursrlf to a propa Scania regards.
I had a 470 Compound job at Westfields for a bit, went like a train, much better on fuel than the later R series 480’s too.
That one looks tidy for its age too, GO FOR IT!

Just browsing guys, but i’m actively lookin. I don’t trust the 470’s, i’ve never felt the desire or need for a V8. If the right ruck turns up and its a V8, then so be it.

there have been some bad 470 stories about my 4 series has never missed abeat in 760k the problems were down to not being maintianed properly a company near us has 2 go within days of the warrenty passing this was traced back to the oil spinner not being correctly cleaned
