NEW JOB

PPH:
do not have a scanner so here is a break down of the pay slip
days 8.50 9.00 76.50
backs 23.75 9.00 213.75
nights 3.00 11.97 35.91
o/t 18.00 13.50 243.00
sunday 12.25 15.00 183.75

total 752.91
net 566.29

this is just a reasonable wage for the hours worked…

You’ve repeated the same mistake that was made at the Waitrose site. You were provoked by Dipper Dave and reacted by putting your payslip detail out on a public forum. That you typed it in will not satisfy those who do not believe you.

My maths make that 69 1/2 hours for the week so good luck with keeping within the 48 WTD average.

afternoon shift anything after noon…

Dipper_Dave:
I thought the point of this story was to show the errors of waving your wage slip about,

Originally it was, then he changed his story to say he was banned for mentioning VOSA.

PPH:
I picked up my wage slip was on cloud nine because I earned just short of £600 to take home, when I was called a liar by one of the so called PARTNERS so I showed him and he reported me and said I was waving it about, I said to him have look what can not speak can not lie…

Ok, so banned for showing a Partner his wage slip.

PPH:
they told the agency that I worked for that I was not allowed in any more, because I was going to report them to VOSA, what I said to a driver was if you do not believe me ring VOSA…

Now banned for apparently telling someone to check a point of Law with VOSA.

PPH:
the point you are all missing is he said I was lying about how much I had got and I will not be called a liar if the truth is in my hand…

Now back to being banned for showing his wages. Sorry if I have trouble completely believing him and thinking there’s more to this story than PPH is saying.

I thought you said I worked at Waitrose? You don’t half change your mind do you?

I said you was a fully paid up member of the Waitrose fan club!!!

“Partners” is, as far as I know, one of the “cuddly capitalist” terms used instead of “staff”. You know, like Sainsbury’s staff are known as “colleagues” and Asda staff are part of the “Wal Mart Family”. In fairness, I think Waitrose is actually owned in part by its staff, so there’s some justification for it.

Yes, i’m a driver for Wal Mart but not just any old ‘common’ driver, i’m a driver associate thank you very much  so don’t get all ■■■■■ with me just because i’m special :unamused:

I’m just pulling your chain a little

My humble apologies. “Driver Associate” it is, unless you’d prefer “Distributative Consultant”.

Well they were only paying 12 quid an hour for fitters on 6-2 or 2-10 on 5 over 7 so the best of luck to you.
Hope the “bonus” is worth it!

12 p/h to change bulbs, airlines sounds like a cake walk where do i sign up :grimacing:

You get paid what your worth son and if all you can do is change a couple of bulbs and the odd air line then I suppose 12 quid an hour aint bad.
