Yes, someone’s holiday home, savings and nerve shot in 30 seconds and it’s 'fun to watch. '. Knuckledraggers unite, you have a new leader. You sir are a ■■■■■■■

I think these are far more spectacular!
Oh yes. Some outstanding efforts there. There are however a number of crashes where the occupants would have likely suffered severe injury or death. I like the explosive destruction of a wobble box as much as the next man (well apart from Plambert maybe ), but best if nothing more than pride and wallet are hurt…

But they do show you how not to do it!

Yeah sure was, was overtaken by a very flashy Volvo towing a wobble and the speed he was going at, the van was all over the place… he didn’t seem bothered about his holiday home, savings or indeed the passengers in the car

No. Just find it distasteful gloating at others misfortune.

That wasn’t misfortune. It was very poor driving and he will pay for his own mistake
I was in a car transporter following a fridge van near Carlisle a few years ago. An estate car with an obviously badly loaded van was catching us with a weave on. Then a bigger weave as he caught my draught.
“He could be in trouble when he catches the fridge” thinks me.
Sure enough the caravan is dancing wheel to wheel then the tail starts wagging the dog. Past the point of no return now and I’m trying to get past the accident before it happens. Luckily when it flips it does so onto the central barrier and the car stays upright.
If only he’d read up on how to load properly !
Maybe he had no stabilizer fitted or the van was too heavy for the car, also I have a simple device for weighing the nose of the van they’re called bathroom scales !!
Looked like too much weight behind the axle

Or too little between the ears!
Does make u wonder the mentality that thinks “my trailer’s wandering around a bit, better just ignore it”.
Or maybe he was told to ‘accelerate out of it’ …
Where do all the dead caravans go that get wrecked on the road, reason for asking is I still need a replacement Alko stabilized hitch for my wobble box but too mean to spend nearly £300 on a new one, or/and a plate that goes behind the tow ball for a stabilizer bar on a standard one.
come on ray , hand in pocket time . sod the alko get yourself a winterhoff , i put one on mine last year bought on the internet from a firm down somerset , about 245 quid if i remember right . stabiliser pads built in so no need for attachments on the car . cheers , dave
