Yay it’s finally been updated by DVLA.
It is only valid for 5 years though, is this because of CPC?
Originally it had an expiry of March 2025 with just cat B but now is valid until Nov 2020.
Is this normal? I will only be 32 at expiry.
Mines the same mate think it is cause of the tachograph card need updating every 5 years bet when you got off the phone they went and did it
Just had a quick Google and apparently we have to sign a declaration to say we still meet the HGV medical standards every 5 years until 45 and then actually have a medical.
Are right well at least has gone on now

I’m reckoning licence will be here by Monday, then I’ve just got to wait for the DQC card to turn up, God knows how long that will take!!

Nope, I tried to make a deliver to an aerospace company at 11:55am
No deliveries after 11:45am on a Friday mate was the answer! 
When I was on goods in if it turned up I tipped it, regardless off the booking in time, unless someone actually turned up at the booking time, which was rare
Saw the lovely brown envelope Coke through the door this morning, ripped open expecting to see my shiny new license but was Infact the DQC card. I’m pleased that has come first in a way as I was worried it was going to take a week or 2 after the license so hopefully Monday morning will bring the license and I can crack on with getting some work

He is away on class 1 training and test this weekend so you are safe, but I don’t know how long for

License arrived at 10am. By 11.30 I was signed up with 2 agencies. By 5pm booked in for my first shift tomorrow at 6am. Excited and apprehensive
