I knew I had some more pics somewhere, here are a couple I bought a while back.
Graham Voss FL10 has come to grief does anyone remember anything about the crash?
One of Kinch’s Foden fleet. They ran about half a dozen of these along with ERF E series and a couple of FLs.
I did hear that they were part owned by Redland Group, does anyone know?

Great pictures Mark!
Hope the driver in the FL was ok??
Is the picture of Kinch Foden leaving Mountsorrel at the old entry/exit?
Hello Mark.i know Graham Voss, but can’t remember the FL smash, although i must have been working in 'sorrell at the time.i last spoke to him 2 years ago when i was working in Croft.

Excellent pics of the Eric Elliott fleet, thanks for those Matt.
Now apologies for this shocking pic, this FH caught me a bit by suprise and I only managed to get a quick (poor) shot off.
It was coming out of Sorrell earlier this week and as it is an unusual FH eigh wheeler I thought it was worth posting.
Not a bad looking bit of kit in GRS blue, but I couldnt help but wonder about the payload !!
I came very close to having one when I ordered my FM. There’s quite a few odds & ends on the FH that aren’t on the FM but the salesman assured me there’s next to no difference in the tare weight of the FH compared to the FM. A few thousand difference in the price though & I was concerned about the higher cab & low trees on some jobs. I still wonder if I made the right decision.

Nice R-cab Scania easing out of the gate
Don’t mean to sound picky but that’s a G cab essentially an R-cab but the day version
The G cab hasn’t been available long, we were quoted for two about May 2010. The first G cabbed 8 wheeler to go on the road around here has just been put to work & I have to say, it’s a good cab, quite a lot lower than the R series which is a good thing for tipper work. The R cabs around here suffer quite a bot of tree damage problems on some jobs.

BB
I agree with you about the G cab BB our boss bought an early one as a chassis cab from Scania,I think it had done a tour of the dealers and I’ve had it over 3 years now-very comfortable and plenty of room for all the odds and ends as well.Haven’t had any trouble with trees so far but a low flying pheasant made a mess of the screen.
Cracking pics Bonkey, remember seeing no end of those reg’s as a kid. Used to see the Routeman regularly wearing the description Shed 1 and it’s sister XFL861T with Shed 2 on. Not sure who they were used by?

I’ll ask Lee his lad, Lee drives the brand new Renault 8 legger on Selby’s and he lent me the pictures to put on here. He’s always loading out of our place
And i think he’ going to join T-net…
