NNM it’s Fairy Power Spray, a bit like over cleaner, I can’t get it here but I believe there’s a bit of caustic in it.
I don’t think you get much of result with Mild green fairy liquid.

We don’t have Fairy stuff over here either, I’m going to be on the lookout for a Canadian version, not happy with the blue I’ve used. Time to get it off and start again.

If the paint on it is alright you could primer over it repaint it had the same problem with the engine
The paint will be half an inch think by the time I do that
