scania unit and trailer not happy with the unit tho might build somthing else to go with trailer
Hi all, I am not much into modeling my fingers are too big and ■■■■■■■■■■ and have little patience, but if I can make some points:- I meant to reply before when someone was asking about the spec. of the Astran Scania,I never saw the transit plates when I was doing m/e i.e. before 1980. I am not sure which countries required them, but if you are building a pre1980 model I suggest you check.
Regarding the brown & cream Astran truck I don’t know if you have spotted a good pic of a truck in those colours about halfway through the Astran thread.
Phu503r1 is that you Gerdi? Where have you been? Did you spot in the ECT transport thread a reference to Rycrofts KW and it’s reg no? Check it out.
Gavin

Wheel Nut:
I love that one, very neat, pretty and clean lines.
I love the old sheeted BRS 88 too.
Pity the spellchecker didn’t work on the GBE Trailer
No, it’s spelt right, it’s their little known German depot
I also like the model above, don’t like to single anybody out as some of the models on here are fantastic, I like the tyres on this one though, sad I know, but they’re very realistic in their colour & it’s attention to detail like this that makes the difference, Wolfie & TC deserve a mention to, those two Scanias are excellent representations of the real thing, I’m impressed lads, keep em coming
NICE MODEL THERE HENRY.THE COLOUR SCHEM GOES WELL
