Mark Russel and his mate do that every week!! Trust me … you go past Sunbilla about 7am Sunday morning and they will in there. Last time I saw Mark was with his buddy down at Alfaz Del Pi (the posh name for Benidorm). I had arrived there on the Sunday evening after shipping out Friday afternoon from Caen. Mark and Grant had shipped out Saturday morning and rolled in two hours behind me!!! Those two boys don’t hang about.

In the post concerned, I DID say with a good run, I can do it ie no waiting to cross the border etc. I will admit to being one of those that overtakes through the forest when there is nothing coming up behind and that makes a big difference. An example (and Gunner can back me on this) … I sent Gunner Till I Die a text as I passed the Total just after the Cabbage Patch. It was exactly 5pm. Told him I would see him by 7. I pulled in at 645pm. Tis normally a 2 hour run. My unit is ‘quick’Yep I’ll back you on this one Austin

According to ViaMichelin, Sunbilla is 878 km from Ouistreham, and 90km of this is non-motorway so it’s just about possible within ten hours but you would have to be first off of the boat and on the limiter for virtually every second of that ten hours.
i have been told of 3 double drives just on the staging, but i dont think i van be arsed to be honest, i may have a little holiday instead. cant see them wanting help in setting up though, rather unusual, drivers need their sleep

To be honest, that’s how I read it, Semtex, but as it doesn’t float my boat, I took little notice of the pay.

im a noob and even i wouldnt do that, i can make moe at home driving a rigid for 8 hours a day.
if they pay was better i would consider doing it.
