M62 @ west York jct 26

I drive past the scene of the accident many times a day…It’s about 200 yards after the finish of the sliproad of J26 westbound.

I’m almost certain that the dangerous sliproad and another motor had something to do with it…There’s crash barriers up at the minute because of the roadworks ( so no hard shoulder to run on to if you miss time it) , it’s a short entrance to the motorway anyway, and the motorway is on an incline at that point so a lorry fully loaded can be crawling past pretty slowly at times, and I’ve seen many of times when lorries have had to slam on because there’s someone on the sliproad nipping in inches away from the crash barrier at the last second…Not to mention, even at that time in a morning, it is quite busy…The sliproad at J27 East bound is just as bad too…Hate driving on the M62 at the minute.
