Yeah, he’s a foreigner, his sat nav probably showed the ‘keep right’ symbol, knowing how many of UK roads the inside lane buggers off, he’s pulled out. Big deal
40mph is a bit slow, but not the end of the world

40mph is a bit slow, but not the end of the world
it’s quite obvious as to why both lorries used lane 2. there are two sets of road signs giving conflicting details, therefore common sense would dictate the use of lane 2 until things became clear.
i’ve done it myself, usually abroad. can’t make up my mind what the [zb] a sign is trying to tell me. so stick it in the middle and hope for the best. 
. it’s got to be better than a last minute manouver.
