M62 hen party crash :both drivers charged

Time will tell. Remember the crash on the east side of the M25 where a passenger dies in the car. There was a spud carrier who TNCSI deemed at fault based on pictures. After the inquest Highways Agency camera footage was released to the public and showed what really happened. Maybe there is footage of this crash which will come to light after the inquest.

Would you like me to prove your talking nonsense big boots?

It was a funny one at the time, none of it made any sense. Hopefully the families will get answers and they can move on.

i thought that i read somewhere that the mini bus driver had been charged for not having the correct licence earlyer in to the investigation ?

That has absolutely no relevance to the cause of the accident and the fact they have both been charged.

How is it of no relevance? If the driver isn’t licenced to drive that category it means he has been unable to prove he is competent to drive that class of vehicle. I’d say it’s extremely relevant.

It’s ok it was Albion1971 he regularly talks out of his ring piece, his comments about making phone calls showed that!

Have you got something to say on the subject in hand or are you just being a first class nob?
Have you even read any of the comments?

Please tell me where I have talked nonsense? Maybe we have different opinions but I talk far less nonsense than some on here.
It seems to me you are talking nonsense now!
Please refresh my memory about making phone calls?

May I suggest you don’t go on Mastermind or game shows when you have to be able to remember things.

For those that say its ok and safe - how do you know that?

They know because they are extremely arrogant. They think they are better than the people who have already killed whilst talking on a phone.

I do actually have an opinion on the subject, IF the driver of the minibus was driving a manual when he only had auto entitlement I would say that is highly relevant.

So what are you trying to say? You think it is ok to talk on a phone while driving and that it does not affect your concentration?

Yes but he did have the correct license for the vehicle he was driving so what is you point?
Maybe if you did some research before opening your big gob you would not make yourself look so stupid.

Don’t know who you are referring to but I was not the one that started the abuse.I was told I was talking crap because some idiot did not agree with my opinion.
It is very difficult when you are dealing with half wits.
Just read through the thread and I am sure you will spot the odd one!

Oh so I have abused you now have I? I
I don’t see where I have abused you! I see where you have called me an idiot and a half wit though!
I have said you talk out of your ring piece and I still have that opinion of what you have to say!

Also if you read my post I said IF he was driving on an automatic not a manual licence then it’s relevant!

I don’t have time to do any research, I’m far too busy earning a living and talking hands free on my phone.

Lock me up now before I kill 1000’s of people from not concentrating.

I await your reply, no doubt it will have a feces aroma.

Have a read of this new lad and tell me why you disagree and how your brain can cope when experts say different.

As i said in the original post some drivers do not want to admit to the dangers because it suits them and then you get the arrogant ones that think they are better than everyone else and can concentrate.

Which category do you fall into?

I fall into the arrogant category! We can all refer to studies and reports to suit our own agenda only my story is from a more reputable media source

Also on YOUR link to some crazy inbred university study in Utah, the noticed that since electronic equipment has been used while driving accidents have DECLINED! That’s right DECLINED! Although they assure us that their study proves you are more distracted.
