There should be people in charge of the company sharing a cell with him and bending down in the showers for the soap. ■■■■■■■ disgrace.
While the police didn’t chase the operator, probably because it wasn’t deemed in the public interest, the dvsa will be taking a look

Any of the London boys know the operators’ name? It’d be interesting to know if they’re FORS accredited, and if it’ll now be revoked?
I don’t know if it’s a London thing but why do the maniac tipper drivers work for London firms? Dennis Putz springs to mind.
He got lightly according to the report the maximum term is 5 years so why did the court only give him 3 1/2 years.

Yep totally agree, no licence, went through a red light should have been maximum sentence and banned for life.

3 and a half years is really disgraceful considering the circumstances! The “lifetime driving ban” is a load of old pony aswell. His sort will always drive without a licence, they don’t gee a hee haw about consequences. And some cowboy will always give him a job without licence check until said Cowboys start sharing cells wae them!

He wasn’t banned although his hgv had run out due to the medical not been updated l. Still don’t make it right though.
He got the sentence discount for a guilty plea, but only pleaded guilty after the Judge told him that his ‘previous’ would be admissible if he opted for a not guilty in front of a jury.
Amazed that the operator/employer has not been prosecuted. Hopefully a DVSA investigation will be followed by a PI.

Somebody, somewhere handed this individual the keys to this Volvo knowing full well the circumstances and previous convictions etc.
Absolutely shameful and I hope he/she is brought to book in other ways.
