Hi All, hope your all enjoying the snow Just spoke to Mappo went to Warrington yesterday evening every ones running out of derv at the services hes now snowed in on the M40 low on diesel, hang the keys up boys time to get the soup out !! R Jimski

Hi Charlie he left Warrington 10 am this morning still on the M40 done 10 miles in the last 4 hrs hes now heading for the sevices just off the M40 on the A34 said hes had enough but hes not worried cos hes got a nice pasta and chicken dish to eat and its only 1 day out of date he said you could take him a flask of tea and 10 gallons of diesel if you wanna little run in your 4x4 R Jimski

Hi Jim.The flask I can do but the diesel is a problem.I sold my electric pump to Gary Burton who is out of the country.Anyone help? Regards Charlie

Charlie…what happened mate ■■, i could,nt wait any longer to be rescued by you…i had to dig myself out of a lay-by at the top of
the A34 this morning and then as Jimski said i broke down.
Left Warrington yesterday at 10-00 stopped at Warwick 14-15…left there at 15-00 and got off the M40 onto A34 at 21-30.Bloody nightmare!!!
Reminded me of a bad winter in Italy. 
Finally got back to Marchwood at 15-00 today.
Pat…any chance of e-mailing me that Christmas card thingy mate ■■?

Hi Tony.Well,I had the old 4x4 warmed up.Made a flask of tea and put a bottle of Calvados in the motor.Then set off along the A339 towards Basingstoke.When I got to Herriard I spotted the lights of the Legion through the trees.I thought “Just the one” At 2300 I decided to retrace my steps.I feel really rotton but I seem to have lost me bottle.Only got one left in the cupboard.Glad you got home in the end ok.Regards Charlie
