Hi all hope every one is ok.Here is a brain teaser for all off you does any one remember a father and son pulling for eurohaul early 80’s could have been tony and keith one had a f10/12 the other an 88/89 we know its not peter and david parsons has any one got any idea’s. I can only remember double stacked Trailers like that I took to Italmondos in Milan when they ran out of flats lovely load no customs to do was a dodle I went out late in the week I passed Jim Street going home running with someone else (can’t remeber who ) dropped the two trailers in their yard picked up a ready loaded one, I was on me way back and caught up with Jim street . Yep good days !!

I wondered why you wear a stetson hat and pointy toe boots Jimmer. Never did any of that kind of thing myself. However I can relate a small tale. Back in the early seventies I did two Milanos a week for three weeks. That was six trips. However I was working for Jimmy and I received exactly the same remuneration as if I had done the usual one.No more did I do any of that. I had wised up.Good learning curve.Still enjoyed my time with him. Lovely man. RIP Jim. Regards Charlie

Might be wrong, but sure it was Tony and Keith Barnard, think they were called K&AK Freight and pulled for Eurohaul. The F10/12 was a tag. They bought E156 OAD from FT which was ex Christiansen red / grey 112 Scania which was first owned by Ian Elkins. Yes I believe the son moved to 9can’t remember which is which moved to Denmark) He was mates with Keith (mappo’s bro)

Charlie I would be very careful if I were you especially as Dave said Mappo is going to take you to the top, Iv’e heard that for weeks now he has been building a huge bonfire in his garden and you maybe the Guy he has in mind to take to the top literally and its the 5th of November tomorrow so id’e stay locked in doors for a couple of days if I were you always looking after your well being mate, cheers Buzzer.
