Hi this company T Paynes of London had a very close working relationship with Ken Oakley who had an office in the High Street, Southampton. I did quite a lot of work for him in the 70’s with my TK Bedford’s, mainly out of Solent Canners and Cookson’s of Bishop’s Waltham.
