John, never mind Jimski. What aboutthe poor old pensioners of the parish.I was caught shoplifting and now banned from the greengrocers.I used to walk round and put a handful of shallots in my pochers pocket.
I,m now a marked man.Regards to all Charlie
Hi Charlie i did do a jar for you as well, there in a marmite jar and i think i got five in but i may have miscounted so wont be held responsible for the count.I have to be careful handing out these as normally they do have an after effect and i cant be blamed for that either as they do carry a health warning and disclaimer,i’ll put them buy for you should be good for boxing day with the cold meat, cheers Buzby.
Hi Buzzer thanks for thinking of us, well yep were down to the last jar of that lovely Jam, challots?? Never had em John ! Might try a few tho, but can’t make it to Tracey Island untill Friday, my Mrs keeps the Jars John you want em back?? If the weathers ok I might ride down to T/ Island on my new toy ! Pete Green did the sign work on this trailer “Dorothy Brown Number One”
Now then can anyone throw a light on this truck Test Transport■■?
Hey Jim i like the way you wrote charlieone, sounds like he ought to be wearing a dress sounds feminin dont it.May be he’s goin down the road with Mappo,by the way has he shipped out or something and done a turn round, aint heard a peep out of him lately.

Hi Jim
Test transport was Bob Cartwrights & the AEC is a V8 so I would love to find legend says it went to Heywood & the trail goes cold
Cheers Rich

Hi Jim,
Hope you are well, just spotted Tone southbound on the M3 at Basingstoke, and Rich (Tribsa) was going northbound at the same time,(or one of his trucks)
tribsa:
Hi Charlie pop a 2cv engine in your buggy & fill up on Buzzers DKV card
Hi Rich.Great idea.Would run faster with a 3 1/2 litre Rover engine but it probably would snap the chassis.
Buzzer has got that DKV card locked away in the safe and I dont know the combination.Regards Charlie
Hi MaggieD hope your well Rich and taking care of that Fiat !! I’ve just spoke to Tony and he said your prob right he was on his way back to Southampton , so no Buzzer he’s no shipped out but he didn’t sound to pleased about going back to the yard early afternoon!!! So Buzzer strike while the irons hot I reckon he’ll ship out by end of the week
Uuummm!! Wouldn’t mind a go me self !!

Hello Jimski
Would have A young Pete Green done the sign writing on Eric Bakers lorries?
Regards Jacko
Hello LR Man
Ive now got the Revs issues with Bakers Transport in these are issue No.59 November 1998,issue No.55 March 1998,issue No.53 November 1997.
The later lorries Phil drove on Bakers the ERF Continental and the VOLVO F89 came after my dad had left.I guess the F89 would have been the last lorry he brought?Dad seems to remember Eric may have kept some of his lorries at his farm near the New Forest for years?
Do you have any more photos of the F89 you could put on.
I hav’ant posted for a while been busy posting photos on the Henry Smithers thread.Ive now got dads photos back so will post more Bakers photos soon.
Regards Jacko
