Well some thought I was mad when I said id bought a bus and was going to live on it but today its 1 year since I moved on board.
I’m living in Tuxford at the moment and working for walkers. Theres still loads to do on the bus but I’m sorted and it will get done the next time I have a few months off work. I managed to get 3 months off this summer and enjoyed every moment.

Rock On Marlow, followed your posts from the beginning looks like everything is working out right for you atm I’m sure there’s quite few on here who would love to be doing the same thing if their life circumstance’s allowed, me included.

So in real terms what’s it saved you and what’s it costing you ■■
I think you should paint it Matt Black btw mad max style
My equivalent of rent/mortgage, council tax and water rates is tax (£165) test (£394) and insurance (£186) on the bus or £15 a week
Do mainly stay in once place, camp site etc with electric and water?
I’ve only had it on the road since the beginning of May and since then moved round. But had time off. Walkers is ok for the moment as its handy for the parking and the work is varied.
I don’t find a problem with getting water, I can carry a months worth and since having the solar fitted the system has kept up with itself. I never pay for parking and find that the presence for security is all farmer want.
