The DCPC is coming in next August,and a lot of older drivers will be packing up. Some before then,as they are due for medical or licence renewal etc. There will be a shortage of drivers . Not all the foreign drivers that many people think are going to take these vacancies will be qualified, so just sit tight and wait.

Do not underestimate the foreigners. They will simply buy a DCPC certificate, I guess.

i’ve said for a while, drivers should embrace the dcpc and push for it to be proper, harder and tested

DCPC is only a pointless rubbish. A business.
