More of HARTS and lots more to come

Retired Old ■■■■:
I stand to be corrected but it looks like a Hoynor chassis (such as it is!) with bodywork by a local coachbuilder. I had a Hoynor with refurbished running gear and a new aluminium body by Rothdean. It was a brilliant piece of kit and was a sight lighter than most.

Sorry mate but Bewick is correct the one on the Oliver Harts Scammell and the F86 was built by George Neville

Just shows how much I know!
We had several Neville trailers but ours were all built with steel bodies.
Thanks for the info.

Hi Lance, I know that there is a lot of photo’s still to come , do you think it may be worth starting an Oliver Harts page on here as some people may not see them being on your pages. We may get others adding their photo’s if you started a new page… Just thought it may work well, not a criticism or anything.

Well we,ve had wind rain and… this week !

Saley Boy, If you can find Cwn Nant Leici you will have no bother backing a b double on a loading bay in the dark on your blind side.

It wont take me all day and into the night to get on the bay !!!

U lost the "Y"on ur computer !!!

Its still real scrap metal

Speaking of scrap metal, this landed back in the yard today. Would not ship to Ireland because no wheels on rear axle.

Hi Lance Miraplan used to load purl board out of Heysham and all the local firms carted it I’ll try n find out the connection with Walker bros,John Horner who sadly died last year had the history on Walkers last time I spoke to him he was trying to get the paint colour match,Dave Bradshaw or Henry slinger might know Matty used to do Heysham for Henry
