I’ll admit that I’m not the cleanest of individuals but I do try to make an effort. I’ll never leave a truck in a state if I’m going away on holiday. That being said, this summer during the tours my truck looked a right state inside. Its not dirty, its the just the sheer amount of stuff I’m managed to accumulate!
Keep your motor in a good condition and it is noticed by the office. Quite of a few of our drivers are tank polishers, sometimes you wonder if they actually drive them they are so clean That being said, I will never begrudge a driver for polishing a truck. While I’m not interested in doing it myself I can appreciate a nice clean looking truck!

Living space kept spotless, and forever brushing out …as I hate a dirty floor.
Dash and trim polished once or twice a week, and cab interior kept as clen and tidy as I can while living in it for the week.
Outside washed at least once a week.
Could not be arsed with all this tank polishing/tyre blacking ■■■■■■■■, and I always have a snigger at these guys on their hands and knees polishing and [zb] painting when parked up for the night …, as I walk past them on my way for a relaxing meal and a pint.

Not much to ask that ones workplace,sometimes overnight place, is clean.To hell with the begrudgers!
