I recently traded in a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso, the bulbs on that were simplicity itself to change, which is just as well because I’ve never known a car to consume light bulbs like this one, in three years of ownership I changed the dipped beam on both sides three times, the sidelights twice ditto the rear lamps and brake lights (not the LED display thankfully)

Apparently they were designed for the automated assembly methods in modern automotive production, in other words the robots don’t chew them up
