I saw an ex Joints out working on friday. Certainly had their colour scheme with the green & red stripes on white. It was up in the Ystadgynlais area of the Swansea valley at about 2.30 heading north. The vehicle was the VW Transporter van. Sorry for teasing.
On another subject was that Tony Williams who later ran a couple of new MAN F2000’s. Think he also had some FL’s as well. Think he retired from haulage when he won lottery and bought a pub. Ho hum

our mate ec14 tells me that he sees this same van regularly.the owner is a plumber i think :question: it could well be the same tony williams.i can’t recall him winning the lottery :question: i remember him having a nasty accident in one of his fl’s,tipping in a field near pylons,you can guess the rest,he was found in the field having been blown right out of the cab,un-injured but a bit shacken :smiley:
