well it is a lorry so its fairly accurate for the sun

Its no a jack-knife, but jack-knife sounds dramatic and is getting branded about willy nilly over the last few weeks, which is why they probably used that word. I’m no Sherlock Holmes but it looks like there is a on-slip there, the angle of the truck indicates maybe he came from the on-slip and skidded into the barrier. Just a guess of course

Driver right a jackknife? I was always told thats impossible , maybe the bits on the floor are the bits that came off when he hit the wires.
~Also its quite funny that ahead of the TOTAL carriageway block the signs are warning traffic to keep to a certain speed just in case they pass the lorry lol.

That’s what it think ROG, look at the main carriageway no rubber, no black tyre marks. It must have came from that slip road.

the jack knifed lorry is actually around the corner shown in the picture, and the lorry in the picture is blocking the road for safety reasons so that the idiots in the cars don’t go round there too fast and hit it

To be fair, the HATO had to drive against the traffic flow in very dangerous conditions and close of the two lanes , visibility was bad and the third lane was very icy and snowy around the scene , he was also dealinf with another driver out of shot as well . hard job it seems to me, and dangerous,
