Iveco stralis

Anybody know where the connection point is for the air duster gun on one of these beasts or if it even has one… can’t find the manual or anything info on the net??

Does it have one or do you have to plum it into the seat supply yourself?

Not sure about the latest steals, but this is where it was on the older model.
On the left hand side of the dash just above the passenger side footwell there’s a little flap that folds down. Air duster outlet is in there. You’ll need a duster with a test point connector on it though.

All I know is that usually you need a T connector which obviously goes on the gun and the other ends get connected to the seat’s air supply hose under the seat.

I ain’t watched all of this so Im assuming he does it correctly Like this

Off all the trucks iv been given to drive the practicality of this iveco is shocking. The cig lighter is in the worst place possible, the cool box couldn’t be more awkward to access and the bed matress is so thin you’d be lucky to get comfortable and I got to do a few nights out in this next week…

The problem is the basic cab shell design is 25 years old
Iveco just keep changing the plastic bits
I drive aMAN TGS and the build quality is a lot better

Ye I drove a few of them they are a nice truck to be fair… it’s what iv been given to work with so I’m just getting on with it and making it as comfortable as possible

All these air dusters do is blow the ■■■■ and dust about, far better to ■■■■ it up using a mini vacuum and dusting brush. A Dyson Dc53 with a little 2L bin does the job well, carbon fibre dusting brush is very good.

Re the Iveco, do the pedals still come out on stalks in the floor like they used to?

Ye I know what u mean but if you open both doors it doesnt iv always used them and there brilliant for them nooks and crannys…

And iv not noticed the pedals they must of improved them. The indicators seem a fair distance from the steering wheel I find
